Warranty and refund eligibility vary by product and plan. We first attempt replacement within 24–48 hours after an eligible issue is reported. If we cannot provide a replacement within that period, a prorated refund is provided for the unused subscription period. The day on which the issue occurs counts as a used day. Refund = amount paid × unused days ÷ total subscription days. For NPR 500 over 30 days, an issue on day 10 leaves 20 unused days and a refund of NPR 333.33. Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.

Product pages and cards show available quantities. In stock without a number means the product has no fixed stock limit. Availability is checked again at checkout.
How do I track an order or get support?
Open My orders and enter your order ID and private access code. For help, use the WhatsApp or email contact shown on the website. Never post your private access code in a review.
Can I write a review without an order code?
Yes. Anyone can submit an honest product review using a display name, rating and comment. Reviews are moderated for spam and personal information. Community reviews do not carry a verified-purchase label.
