If we cannot provide a replacement within that period, a prorated refund is provided for the unused subscription period. The day on which the issue occurs counts as a used day. Refund = amount paid × unused days ÷ total subscription days. For NPR 500 over 30 days, an issue on day 10 leaves 20 unused days and a refund of NPR 333.33. Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
